FAQ - service Nikon repair opinion Yellow Photo Service

PNS FAQ po polsku

The age of caveat emptor is over. Now the time has come when it's the seller who must beware. Caveat venditor..
A company can no longer get away with consistently offering shoddy products or service or ignoring customers' concerns and needs.
For now the customers can talk back where they can be heard. Those customers can gang up and share what they know and give their complaints volume. Of course, then can use their reviews and complaints to have a big impact on a company's reputation and business.
Public relations has to take on a new meaning. It can no longer be about the press and publicity, which just separate companies from the public they are supposed to serve.
Public relations must be about a new relationship with the public, with the public in charge1.

What is this website all about?

It is a number of stories, gathered by Nikons' users after they have had their equipment repaired at the polish Nikon main repair service.

Why was this website created?

It was created as a result of a large number of negative opinions about polish Nikon repair service, that are often shared on public forums.

What is this website's aim?

Our goal is to gather and share negative opinions about polish main Nikon repair service. We also wish to help all Nikon users, who would like to use their gear without conscience that, if it breaks down, it may be held at the service for very long time or may not be properly fixed.

Is this website really going to help?

This website must help! We can't allow the Nikon service work as they have been doing so far. If we write our stories, share them, someone will eventually notice and take appropriate steps. We are an European Union country, where we pay standard european prices for service and we are treated like stupid sheep that can be fleeced. Let's stop this!

Where is the service located?

Here is the adress:

What does Nikon say about this?

Nikon has not officially commented on polish repair service so far. We are hoping that this will change and we will be able to have as high quality repairs as Nikon product are themselves.

Would this website harm somebody or the company?

This website's aim is not to harm anyone. It is a group protest. We wish to be treated seriously! However, if our website is going to make people responsible for low quality service held responsible, we want it this way!

Does the Nikon repair service really treat its customers that bad?

Let's make it clear. We do not wish to create a bad opinion about the company, they have earned it themselves. We will be posting both, positive and negative stories and we are hoping to get more and more of the positive ones.
