Pewnego dnia zauważyłem, że w aparacie wbudowana lampa nie działa. Aparat nie upadł, po powrocie z dworu zawsze odstawiałem go, żeby się zaklimatyzował. Odwiedziłem salon FJ, żeby dowiedzieć się, czy to częste. W odpowiedzi usłyszałem, że w życiu czegoś takiego nie widzieli.

W lipcu ubr. kupiłem Nikona D5000 w EuroAGD. po kilku dniach na str. Nikon.pl sprawdziłem nr seryjny i okazało się, że mój egz może posiadać opisaną wadę. W ubiegłym tygodniu wysłałem aparat do serwisu.

Jestem posiadaczem Nikona D5000. 20 listopada dokupiłem do niego obiektyw Nikkor AF-S 50/1,4G. Po zrobieniu testów na FF/BF okazało się, że obiektyw posiada tzw. Focus-Shift, czyli przesuwanie się punktu ostrości wraz ze zmianą wartości przesłony. Od przesłony 1.4 do 2.6 ostrzył w punkt, od przesłony 2.8 w górę pojawiał się BF.

W sprawie druku gwarancji nadal żadnych efektów - Vobis "walczy" ... lecz po miesiącu od wydania przez Vobis akumulatora na własny koszt serwis NIKON wysłał NOWĄ sztukę !!!!

 Ciąg dalszy kupionego w Vobisie Nikona D5000 i oryginalnego akumulatora EL9a:

Vobis na "własny koszt" przekazał mi nowy akumulator - oczywiście po konsultacji ze mną i za moja zgodą.

Sprawa gwarancji nadal jest otwarta i Vobis walczy - zobaczymy.

I bougth a Nikon D5000 at a Vobis shop on 23.07.2009. Basically everything was working fine, except for an obvious factory fault (widely described and well known). After I found out abot my camera beingfaulty I rang up the Polish Nikon Service. I was told I had to send it at my own expense, which made me angry as just a week before I received a Canon from their service (no cost, 2 weeks of waiting)  However, the lady at the service said it wasn't a good idea to send my camera to them because they wouldn't fix it within a month. So I didn't send it, it was summer holiday so the camera was used. By the end of August the genuine battery died on me. Then it turned out it wasn't under warranty. A serviceman at Vobis said that it was onle 2 months old and, having considered it's cost, he'd send it to the Nikon Service. Two weeks later he rang me back apologising and said that the Nikon Service requested the original copy of European Warranty card. I thought that they might replace it.
